You may use this site to learn about our services and request estimates. You agree not to use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its hosting environment, or interfere with its normal operation.
All content on this site, including text, layout, graphics, and the Nye Line Striping Co. name and logo, is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Information on this site, including any figures produced by our estimate calculator, is provided for general planning purposes and is not a binding offer. Actual pricing is established in a written estimate prepared for your specific property after we understand its condition, size, and scope.
Estimate validity periods, payment terms, deposit requirements, and scheduling commitments are stated on your written estimate. Those written terms govern the work.
Where conditions are discovered during the work that could not reasonably have been identified beforehand, such as base failure hidden beneath the surface or previously unknown subsurface damage, we will contact you before proceeding with anything that changes the agreed scope or price.
Line striping and sealcoating depend on weather. Pavement temperature, ambient temperature, humidity, precipitation, and forecast conditions all affect whether materials will cure correctly. We reschedule work when conditions would compromise the result.
Weather-related rescheduling is not a breach of our agreement with you, and we are not liable for costs arising from a weather delay. We will communicate scheduling changes as early as we reasonably can.
To perform the work, we need the work area cleared and accessible at the scheduled time. Unless your written estimate says otherwise, that means vehicles removed from the areas being treated, dumpsters and equipment relocated, and access to the property available during the scheduled window.
If we arrive and the area is not accessible, the work may need to be rescheduled, and a return trip may affect the cost as described in your written estimate.
Freshly applied paint and sealer require time to cure before traffic. We will tell you the required cure window for your project and provide barricades or markings as agreed.
You are responsible for keeping vehicles and pedestrians off treated surfaces for the stated cure period. We are not responsible for damage to the work, to vehicles, or to property caused by traffic entering a treated area before the cure period has elapsed.
Line striping and sealcoating are surface treatments applied to existing pavement. They do not repair structural failure and cannot correct underlying base problems, drainage issues, or damage that predates our work.
Where we identify that a property needs structural repair rather than surface maintenance, we will say so. We are not responsible for the continued deterioration of pavement whose underlying condition was disclosed to you and not addressed.
We perform work in a professional manner using commercial-grade materials appropriate to the application. Any warranty on a specific project, including its scope and duration, is stated in that project's written estimate or contract. No warranty is created by this website or by any general description of our services on it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any project is limited to the amount paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost business or lost revenue.
This site is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for damages arising from your use of it or from reliance on general information published on it.
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and social media. These photographs show pavement and completed markings. If you prefer that your property not be photographed or shown, tell us before the work begins and we will honor that.
This site uses third-party services including Formspree for form handling and the Google Maps Platform in our estimate calculator. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on what each service receives.
